We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at any time. Should this occur, we will send an explanation to your registered email address.
Order submission does not constitute our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and will notify you of the reason via email.
Prices are subject to change at any time. The price at order confirmation applies. Prices may not include taxes or customs duties, which are your responsibility.
We accept PayPal payments. All payment processing fees are borne by the buyer and are non-refundable upon refund.
Shipping times vary by destination and are provided for reference only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as customs, logistics delays, weather, etc.
Risk transfers to you once the goods are delivered to the logistics company.
Please consider carefully before purchase. We maintain a strict return policy.
We do not offer no-questions-asked returns.
Return requests are only accepted in the following circumstances:
Product has manufacturing defects (photo or video evidence required)
Severe damage during shipping (must be documented with photos at time of delivery)

Must submit request within 48 hours of receipt
Provide order number, photo/video evidence, and reason for return
We will review your request and decide whether to approve (we reserve final discretion)
If approved, we will provide return address
Return Requirements:
Product must be unused and include all original packaging and accessories (except for quality issues)
Must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return address
Must provide logistics tracking number
Return Costs:
Quality issues: We cover shipping
Other cases: You cover round-trip shipping + 20% handling fee
Returns Not Accepted:
Customized or personalized items
Opened or used products (except for quality issues)
Requests beyond 48-hour deadline
Other situations we deem do not meet return conditions
Under EU law, EU users have a 14-day right of withdrawal (calculated from date of receipt).
Right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Customized or personalized items
Sealed goods that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
Digital content already delivered (where you have agreed to waive withdrawal rights)
Perishable goods
EU users must bear return shipping costs.
If you frequently return items (more than 3 times within 30 days) or engage in malicious behavior, we will:
Refuse return requests
Permanently close your account
Reserve the right to pursue legal action
Before initiating a PayPal dispute, please contact our customer service team (contact@nayjoy.com). We will work to resolve issues quickly.
If you initiate clearly fraudulent disputes (e.g., claiming non-receipt after receiving goods, claiming product unused after use), we will:
Provide complete transaction evidence to PayPal
Permanently ban you from using our services
Reserve the right to seek compensation and pursue legal action
Once an order for customized items is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned (including EU 14-day withdrawal rights).
Please carefully confirm customization requirements before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect information you provide.

If we are found liable, the liability amount shall not exceed the order amount you paid.
These terms are governed by Singapore law.
Any disputes arising from these terms should be resolved through amicable negotiation.
If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration under its arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
The language of arbitration shall be English, and the place of arbitration shall be Singapore.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Modified terms take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NayJoy.
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
NayJoy retains the right of final interpretation of these terms.
